Mobile home loan programs are first separated into
2 categories. Loans on leased land with space rent, called
'Chattel Loans', and Loans on real property,
called 'Fee Simple Loans',
where you own the land. Our programs are then separated further to accommodate your specific needs.

MANUFACTURED HOME LOANS
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Two years of continuous employment. Other income may include, social security, court ordered child support, alimony, annuities, rentals.
- 500 plus credit score.
- A certified appraisal and home owners insurance required with loan approval.
