We can also take your application over the phone if this is more convenient.
Below is basic information you will need on your credit application:
- Social Security / Tax ID Number
- DOB, Phone Number and Current Address (2 years of residential history)
- Current Income Information (2 years of employment history)
- Other Income may include: Social Security, Retirement, Child/Alimony Support, Annuities, Rental
- Current Monthly Debts
- Refinance Payoff amount if applicable
- Subject Property Full Address & Name of Mobile Home Park
- Subject Property Information, Year, Square Footage, Space Rent/HOA Fees
- Purchase Price and Down Payment
Additional Information may be required.
